The key event of the 2026 edition of the PREMIÈRES RENCONTRES Festival, the European Forum will take place on 12 and 13 March at the Espace Marcel Pagnol in Villiers-le-Bel.
Over two days, artists, cultural and early childhood professionals, institutional representatives, parents and children will come together for talks and debates, project presentations, workshops and exhibitions.
