The Pépite program
Since 2017, ACTA has now opened its premises to others companies, who want to create for children. As part of the Pépite program, ACTA is also providing an artistic, administrative and technical support for the artists in residency.
During those residencies, the artists are also asked to collaborate with some structures from the area as crèches, preschools, community centres, or parents/children workshops. They can observe and interact with the children, do workshops, encounter the parents and the staff. Those encounters are important to connect art with a part of Villiers-le-Bel’s community.
The Pépite program is supported by the DRAC (which is the French regionals directions of the cultural affairs) the territorial community, some local corporate foundation and the public institutions of Villiers-le-Bel.
