From the beginning of his mandate, Carlos Martens Bilongo, MP for the Val-d’Oise 8th constituency, which includes Villiers-le-Bel, decided to bring to the attention of the State what is really experienced by the local communities.
It is in this context that the film directed by Agnès Desfosses and Thierry Gary “Plus riche que moi, y’a pas” – Un souvenir d’avenir was screened at the National Assembly (Assemblée Nationale) in Paris on Tuesday 4 April. The protagonists of the film and partners of the ACTA company were also invited to this screening, which was followed by a meeting and exchanges around art, culture and social cohesion in Villiers-le-Bel.
